Hornsey Road Children's Centre is a vibrant environment, where high-quality early years education and a range of early intervention services work together to support local families.

We have a 48 place nursery for 0-5 year olds, offering full day care across the year, funded by Islington Early Years Service. A lively programme of community outreach and family support activities reach up to 150 families weekly.

Head of Children’s Centre

£40,003 - £43,572 p.a. inclusive 37 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Head of Centre to join our team of skilled practitioners, dedicated to improving outcomes for children in Islington.

You will be an experienced, professional and highly motivated manager who will work closely with the Early Years Service, the Centre Management Team and Advisory Board to meet both local and national strategic objectives.

You will hold a relevant qualification, preferably at degree level, or have extensive experience of managing programmes for families and children under 5, with a commitment to achieve the NPQICL.
