The floating support service is for 16-25 year olds who have a tenancy and need support to cope or avoid eviction or who are in housing crisis and need support to secure and settle into accommodation.

We require a Full Time (35hpw) Project Worker to recruit and support up to 10 young people to maintain independent living.

You will be skilled in developing trusting relationships with young people and a range of professionals
You must be passionate about empowering young people to achieve, highly organised, and able to motivate.
You will possess a minimum qualification of Grade C GCSE in English and Maths plus a Higher Education Qualification, Qualifications in Youth & Community, Health & Social Care or Social Work will be an advantage
